The Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, First General Realty Corporation, directs the management of all BDG properties with a full range of proficiency, including property management, leasing and sales. Residential, commercial and retail projects have benefited from a direct, responsible approach. Leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial controls are all handled directly by experienced staff. Kristin Alera – Assistant Property Manager

Kristin joined the BDG team in December 2012.

Rachel Rakoff – Lease Administrator

Rachel graduated from Gettysburg College in May 2010 and has been working at BDG since that June. Her responsibilities include traditional administrative and office management duties and collaborating with both the Property Management team as well as the Leasing Division on a multitude of projects.

Kristina Meduna, Accounts Payable Coordinator

Kristina Meduna joined BDG in the Fall of 2012. Her primary responsibilities are the control of the accounts payable and accounts receivable work flow as well as handling of special assignments for both the CFO and Controller.

Denise Pirrello, Controller

Denise has worked in accounting and business management for over 35 years.  She has headed the BDG accounting team since 2007.  Her knowledge and expertise ensure a high level of excellence and integrity that our tenants and vendors can depend on with their financial transactions.

Nancy Rose, Project Administrator

Nancy’s forte for organization and follow through has made her an invaluable member of the BDG team.  With a background in commercial and residential renovations, Nancy puts her experience to work as Project Administrator, providing supervisory support for tenant build-outs and capital improvement projects.

Judy March, Assistant Project Manager

Judy joined the company  in 2008.  She works closely with the development team on financial analysis to evaluate office, retail and residential properties.  She coordinates all aspects of closings, from purchase and sale agreements to recording settlement documents and runs special projects as needed. Judy is also responsible for preparing budget/expense reconciliation reports to monitor ongoing condominium conversion projects.

Sara J. Mooney – Leasing Associate

Sara came to BDG in August 2011 from Boston Premier Properties, where she was a Sales and Leasing Associate for 3 years.  Prior to that, she spent 8 years as a litigation legal administrator and paralegal. Her background in law and experience with real estate has given her the knowledge she needs to be the backbone of our leasing division.  Sara is also a notary public.

Angie Kuketz, Senior Property Manager

Angie Kuketz joined the BDG team in April of 2012. She comes to our team from a national property management company, and has over 16 years of property management experience. She started her career as a Maintenance Technician and has advanced in property management throughout her career. She holds a current MA Construction Supervisors License, is a Certified Manager of Maintenance from NCHM, a Lead- Safe Renovator and is OSHA certified. Angie creates and oversees the preventive maintenance schedules, bids contracts, resolves tenant issues and works closely with the maintenance department overseeing  the day to day operations.

Joe Pappalardo – Senior Project Manager

Jennifer Angrisani-Bailey – Director of Property Management

Celebrating her 13th Anniversary with BDG in 2013, Jennifer plays a vital role in overseeing daily operations in the Property Management division. She works closely with the Development team to smoothly triage major projects through Property Management. Jennifer is acting president of The Metropolitan Hill Neighborhood Watch and serves as Trustee of Gainsborough Condominium Trust. She is a licensed real estate salesperson, notary public, OSHA certified and graduate of Northeastern University.
